THORMINC, The House of Refuge Ministries Inc., is a 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida providing social services to disadvantaged citizens of Jacksonville and surrounding counties. THORMINC was launched in 1999 by Pastor Jacob Bush, Jr. The success of THORMINC initiatives in the community led to the organization, development and implementation of a variety of social services including the THORMINC Resove to Stop Violence Project (R.S.V.P.)
